Think about the stories that have left a lasting impact on you – they often leave you with something to ponder or a clear call to action. As a leader, ending your stories intentionally can help your team connect with the message on a deeper level and potentially motivate them.
For your one-minute video today, I want you to tell a short leadership story and then end it with a thought-provoking question or a clear takeaway message for your viewers. What’s the key idea you want them to consider? What action might you want them to take, even if it’s just internal reflection?
After you’ve recorded your video, watch it back and consider the impact of your ending. Did your question or takeaway feel natural and connected to the story?
