Alright team, we’ve reached the end of Week 3! Today is Day 21: Weekly Reflection & Feedback, focusing on the art of unscripted speaking in leadership.
Over the past six days, you’ve challenged yourself to speak spontaneously using one-word starters, picture prompts, exploring your “why,” answering imaginary questions, sharing recent learnings, and crafting your elevator pitch. Now it’s time to reflect on this significant step in your communication journey.
For your one-minute video today, I want you to reflect on your overall experience with unscripted speaking this week. What felt most challenging? What surprised you about your ability to generate thoughts and articulate them without preparation? What strategies did you find helpful?
After you’ve recorded your reflection video, your action for today is to share all seven of your videos from this week (Days 15 through today) with two new people. When you share, ask them for feedback on how natural, confident, and engaging your unscripted leadership messages were. Did you sound authentic? Were your ideas clear and easy to follow?
