For your one-minute video today, I want you to practice delivering a concise and compelling one-minute summary of your leadership style, your key strengths, or the unique value you bring to your team or organization. Imagine you’ve just stepped into an elevator with someone important and you have just 60 seconds to make a memorable impression.
After you’ve recorded your video, watch it back and evaluate its clarity, confidence, and memorability. Did you clearly articulate who you are as a leader and what you offer?
