For your one-minute video today, I want you to share your enthusiasm for an upcoming initiative, a team goal, or a positive development within the organization. As you do this, consciously focus on bringing positive energy to your delivery through your voice, your facial expressions, and your overall body language. Let your genuine excitement shine through.
After you’ve recorded your video, watch it back and gauge your energy levels. Did you come across as genuinely enthusiastic? Do you think your energy would be motivating to your team?
