For your one-minute video today, I want you to practice structuring a mini-story as you deliver an update on a project to your team. Think about the basic elements: the initial state or goal, any progress or challenges encountered, and the current state or next steps. Even within one minute, you can create a brief but compelling narrative that keeps your team informed and engaged.
After you’ve recorded your video, watch it back and analyze the structure of your update. Did it have a clear beginning, middle, and end? Did you highlight any key progress or challenges effectively?
