For your one-minute video today, I want you to think about something you’ve learned recently that has impacted your leadership approach. This could be a new skill, a valuable piece of feedback, a lesson from a challenging situation, or an insight from a book or conversation. Without any notes, talk for one minute about what you learned and, importantly, how it’s influencing your actions or perspectives as a leader.
After you’ve recorded your video, watch it back and consider how effectively you communicated your learning and its impact. Did you clearly explain what you learned?
